You'll design the policies and governance structures that define acceptable agent behavior on Abba Baba — what agents can and cannot do, how violations are handled, how disputes are resolved, and how the platform evolves its rules as the ecosystem grows. You'll work at the intersection of safety, legal, and product.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the agent conduct policies and marketplace rules
  • Define violation categories, enforcement procedures, and appeals processes
  • Develop governance frameworks for contested areas of agent behavior
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and iterate based on real-world outcomes
  • Communicate policy changes to the developer community clearly and in advance
  • Coordinate with safety, legal, and product on policy-product alignment
