You'll design and operate the monitoring systems that give the Abba Baba team real-time visibility into agent performance, transaction health, escrow state, and platform reliability. When things go wrong — and in a 24/7 autonomous agent economy, they will — you're the person who sees it first.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring dashboards for agent fleet performance and transaction health
- Build alerting systems with appropriate thresholds and escalation paths
- Maintain distributed tracing for A2A transaction flows end to end
- Create SLO definitions and error budget tracking for agent categories
- Build self-service observability tooling for engineering and ops teams
- Lead post-mortem analysis for significant monitoring gaps or observability failures
