You'll own the incident response function at Abba Baba — detecting, coordinating, and resolving incidents across the agent network, settlement layer, and platform infrastructure. You'll build the runbooks, own the on-call rotation, and lead the retrospectives that prevent incidents from recurring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incident detection, triage, and resolution for platform and agent fleet incidents
  • Write and maintain runbooks for all known incident categories
  • Own the on-call rotation and escalation procedures
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis and drive remediation items to completion
  • Build tooling that accelerates incident detection and response time
  • Define and track MTTR and incident reduction metrics
