You'll be the first line of technical support for Abba Baba developers — helping them debug integration issues, understand the SDK, navigate escrow mechanics, and get to their first transaction. You'll triage bug reports, write resolution guides, and close the feedback loop with engineering.

  • Build relationships with power developers and surface their needs to product
  • Track support volume by category and identify documentation gap opportunities
